What Luckee Verified Before Loading
The Hercules inspection was not a generic warehouse check. The report combined an engineering drawing review, dimension checks from the inspection workbook, close-up workmanship evidence, and a loading-readiness review for oversized steel components being prepared for export to Vancouver.
The core decision was practical: dimensions were accepted, no critical or major defects were found, and the two minor issues were documented clearly enough for the buyer to make a use-as-is disposition before shipment.
All 5 Pieces Measured Against Drawing - Confirmed Within Tolerance
Inspector Alex Z. measured all key dimensions on-site using tape measure. Drawing values for R9021191 and R9021192 specify 124.38 in OD, 54.13 in bore, and 2.50 in thickness for the web plates; 3/8 in thickness for the A36 sheets.

Use As Is - Cleared for Shipment to Vancouver
All 5 pieces were inspected at full quantity. Critical and major criteria passed with zero findings. Dimensions for both A572-GR.50 web plates and all three A36 structural steel sheets were confirmed within drawing tolerance on-site. The 3/4 in-14 NPT tapped hole on R9021192 was confirmed present and in good condition. Two minor workmanship findings - a flame cutting mark and surface cleanliness - are within the AQL 1.5 acceptance limit and do not require corrective action. Pieces were loaded November 24, 2023, with estimated Vancouver port arrival December 20, 2023.
